Subsidence
Using LiDAR technology we have mapped all of the trees within the M25, measuring their height and the distance from nearby buildings. We have a unique understanding of the geology in relation to subsidence across the UK and an advanced triage system. We model the interaction of trees by species and taking into account climate.
Flood
As a result of climate change we are seeing an increased risk from flooding. To help our clients we have commissioned the most advanced flood model in the industry. Many major cities have already been mapped and others are in progress with delivery towards the middle of 2007. We take account of UK coastal flood and have a unique tide model. The output identifies properties at risk for a variety of return periods, and possible depth of flooding for each.
Our models use the latest laser technology to give a degree of accuracy far exceeding any comparable technique, with high definition contours of most major cities in the UK.
